The storyline of Quarantine is set in a place which is known as the Kemo town. In the town, the sky has a tint of gray and the buildings have been shattered. The player, being an unemployed person, is finding difficult to survive the poverty.

The gamer is required to reach the winner point within the stipulated timeframe. There are many other obstacles laid on the road while driving the car in the form of blocks and hits. The player is required to cover 20 different levels, having different difficulties laid throughout each.

The left one will take to a difficult level and right to an easier level.
