For each level in the Super Tetris game, there is a different picture that is also seen on the blocks and the player has to clear them. Once the player reaches the bottom, he automatically goes to the next level.

To kill his enemies, the character uses a boomerang-like weapon. For every enemy he kills, the player is awarded 100 points. The player can also grab extra lives and weapon upgrades along the way.
