You play as Billy. The aliens are residing on the southern pole of the moon and have created the human species as an experiment which have now become a source of entertainment. There is a channel which shows the happenings of the earth. From their vantage point, the aliens observe that the earth is becoming increasingly peaceful resulting in the channel also losing its ratings.
