Description

Transland is a relatively obscure 3D action-adventure game with light RPG elements released for DOS in February 1996.
It was developed and published by Origin Systems, Inc. It offers a blend of exploration, light puzzles, and first-person action within a simple 3D world.
The player can explore the environment freely across four distinct worlds. The main goal is to restore a communications hub. The game involves light puzzle-solving and some combat. Initially, the player has a weak weapon ("Lame Gun"), but more powerful weapons with limited ammo can be found.
There's an inventory system for collected items. Early levels involve tasks like navigating a hedge maze to find a jump unit and using it to activate fans in another world. The final world, Iceville, requires finding a panel remover to restore communications.
