The role-playing game, dungeon hack was published for MS-DOS in the year 1993. The video game consists of numerous three-dimensional dungeons, which are generated randomly. A distinct dungeon is generated whenever the game starts or the player enters into the next level. Therefore, it is not possible that there will be two similar dungeons in the game. However, the player can play in a similar dungeon by entering the seeds of the dungeon (which are made by the game) he wants to play in. Along with this, the player can save the game. However, the saved game gets deleted after the death of the character.
In the game, the player works for an evil wizard. The player is sent by an evil wizard in the dungeon to find the unusual orb, which has some magical powers. In the dungeon, the player has to fight with several unusual creatures and find the orb. As the end of the game approaches, the player has to face a huge and powerful creature. The player needs to defeat the enormous creature, gather all the treasure of the dungeon, and leave the cave. The evil wizard waits for the player outside the dungeon to take the orb from him. As the player comes out of the dungeon, he handles the orb to the evil wizard and takes his leave.
Dungeon hack is packed with action and the player needs to plan a strategy to fight with those creatures. The game is fun to play and can make you occupied for several hours. The animations and graphics of the game, Dungeon hack are done pretty well to add to the thrill of the game. Also, the music part is also done well to create an exciting atmosphere.
