Dear Players, on this page we provide you with the ability to play the games directly in your browser. This is possible using the JavaScript version of the Dosbox. This possibility of running the DOS games is very simple and handy and is supported on wide range of Operating Systems. However it is very dependent on the browser used and your system performance so you may experience difficulties when running some more demanding or larger DOS games. In any case, we hope this will be an useful and enjoyable tool for you.

The following control dialog consists of 3 sections.

Key remapper - you can remap the DOS keys to your physical keys. For example by default ESC key is remapped to SHIFT+F1 because ESC key is used to exit the Dosbox window in your browser and cannot be changed. You can do the same for games requiring ALT or CTRL which will conflict with the system hotkeys or just make the changes to make your experience more comfortable.

Local save - This section allows you to make a local save of the changed game files in your brower cache. This will work only when you have local storage allowed. Once you save your game or when the game quits, you can save all the changed files for the game resuming your play later. If you want to load you saved game, you need to do it before the dosbox is started. The same feature will also save your key remapper setting. Please note that reseting your browser or clearing the cache will also remove your save files.

Dosbox control - This section directly controls the DosBox emulator, once the game is fully loaded, you can start the emulator with Start DOSBox button or restart the running instance with the Restart DOSBox button. The Fullscreen button will try to switch to fullscreen mode if supported by your browser. The Cache game files checkbox will keep the game files in your browser cache so next time you visit the site, the game is not downloaded again.
