BattleTech - The Crescent Hawks Revenge
BattleTech: The Crescent Hawks' Revenge is the second part in the series. The game is set in the future, in the year 3029. You are a Mechwarrior named Jason Youngblood from the house Steiner from the Lyran Commonwealth. Your father was taken prisoner by the traitorous forces from the house Kurita of Draconis Combine. You are sworn to rescue your father and take revenge on the Kuritas.
The first game was a role-playing one. This game is a real-time strategy. You as a BattleMech or Warrior Robot controller, you have a storyline to follow. Every action you make plays out a different scenario. Real-time you get to see your actions happening. With advanced technical music and digital speech, this game has really entertaining gameplay
BattleTech: The Crescent Hawks' Revenge has twenty-seven scenes involving politics, military clashes set over five different planets. The game has multiple outcomes and battles can be won or lost depending on your action. There is a variety of Battlemechs over 55 types, combat units, infantry etc., under your control and you get to hear about real-time feedback from every unit that serves under you. You get to strategize and maneuver every way possible and your army named the Crescent Hawks to move to your every command. Play the game multiple times, explore multiple paths that you can follow.
Westwood Studios had a successful start with some very popular strategy games like Dune 2 or Command & Conquer and became very successful and known. The company continued to extend the ranks of their games with more titles until it was eventually acquired by Electronic Arts who continue to improve the most popular games series.
