A team of explorers has left their respective planets years ago in search of an alternate planet to colonize it. Jackal is an action-based game that carries a unique concept of the game.
It was developed and published by the Viper Games in 1993 for the DOS platform. You will have to deal with several dangers in the game that you will encounter while playing it.
Jackal offers 8 characters to choose from who have been away from their home planet for many years. Your character will set in a chamber and went to the home planet after completing their research. However, they will find that their planet is infected by the different infections and there is chaos all over there. All the exits of your chamber are locked and the only way you have is to fight the situation out. The game offers a live notification section where all the communication takes place. It warns you about the new ganders and asks you for the action you want to take about it.
Jackal offers exciting graphics at the beginning of the game where the story is being carried by the characters. However, you may not find the real gameplay much attractive as it is a top-down view in the whole gameplay. The concept of really interesting and you will have a good time playing this game. Jackal was first introduced on the DOS platform.
However, you can play it on any of the operating systems with the help of a simulator.
