    Description
Tailchaser is an action game with a fantasy theme. It was released in 1997 in Germany, on the DOS platform. The game was published by Defcon.
It is a single-player game. The game is set in the mythical Ivy Island which is being invaded by parasites. A map of Ivy Island appears
at the start of the game, while the background story is being told. A badger is deployed to save Ivy Island from destruction at the hands
of the parasites. A visual is shown of the badger approaching the island on his aircraft. The badger needs to move through the city and destroy
the invaders which are of all shapes and sizes. They can also use teleporters to instantly move from one place to the next.
Arrows point the correct way for the badger to move. Lethal drops are also being showered which can kill instantly. The badger is armed with
a missile like weapon to fire at its enemies. Wise Shamans along the way give the badger some specific tasks to perform or puzzles to solve.
The tasks could be finding a key to open a closed door or finding some other object of interest. There are seven levels in the game, each having
a different background theme from the other. There is no time limit, hence some of the levels can be extended due to high difficulty levels
of the puzzles. The badger only has one weapon to counter their enemies, however the weapon can be upgraded from time to time.

Overall, Tailchaser is an entertaining game with good graphics and action sequences.
