Life and Death
The game Life & Death is set in a hospital with the player cast as a doctor. The concept of the game is to diagnose the patient's sickness and give appropriate treatments or surgeries if necessary.
The game starts with an external examination of the patient to get a general idea of the origination of the pain. The next step is to administering therapy in the form of medication, referring the person to a specialist or doing further examination using X Rays or ultrasound to further inspect the patient to find more about the illness. If a case requires it the player is the surgeon and the surgery has to be performed very carefully as per protocol. The protocols such as sterilization, hygiene, care when operating, post-operation procedures etc. are all important. If the doctor does the wrong procedure or kills the patient, they get thrown into medical school to explain what they did wrong. The game is educational and entertaining at the same time.
The game Life and Death has two main operations: an appendectomy and an Aortic grafting operation. Once these two main operations are successfully completed, the player's name is placed on the high score list. The game is fairly short and can easily be completed.
