Jutland begins in the year 1914, the beginning of the first world war. Majestic steam's powered ships flow through the rough waters of the Atlantic, defending their homelands and projecting their strength.
The naval "arms race" between Britain and Germany has yielded fleets of well-armed and armored dreadnoughts, the most powerful warships of their day.
These opposing fleets will meet in battle for the first time in the open seas of the Atlantic. Britain has been the unchallenged master of the seas for over 100 years. Germany is on the rise and determined to prove her worth as a world power.
These two forces will struggle through battles at Heligoland fight, the Falkland islands, Dogger bank and ultimately, Jutland, one of the largest naval battles of all time.
Jutland puts you in command of a light cruise, battle cruise, fearsome dreadnought or other warship as you fight for control of the north and south Atlantic for the German imperial fleet or the british royal navy.
