Iron Lord

Iron lord was published by Ubi Soft Entertainment Software in the year 1989. The game effectively takes you back to the middle ages. One interesting thing about the game was, most of the graphics in the game were drawn by hand. As the story of the game Iron Lord goes, the player has just come back from touring the world and finds his old palace in ruins. There is also news floating around that an enemy empire is on its way to attack them. Now, as the present Royal in the state he has to fend off those enemy army by fighting them with his own. But due to his long absence from the state, the people in the land can’t find to trust him enough to join him in battle. The player has to go through his empire and meet people and hopefully persuade them to join the army to fight with him. In the process he has to go an archery competition and win it to make people see his skills. He has to play other games as well like Dice or Arm wrestling in different places in the village. He also has to collect various items from different vendors in the village which gives him much needed trust and loyalty of the people. Ultimately he raises the army and battles enemy to defend his kingdom and its people.
