The game is set in the historic times when the Myoung dynasty used to rule. At the time, a form of martial art referred to as Geuk Cho Ho Kwon became to be known widely. However, over the course of time, it started getting neglected and was considered just a legend in the latter stages.
As time progressed, the mysterious technique of Guek Cho Ho Kwon again began to resurface. It started being used again by the Western folks who strived for power and used the technique in their fighting art in order to establish their dominance. As a result, the Asian countries started growing weak. To comprehend the destiny of the martial art, fighters from various nations came together to participate in the ultimate battle and showcase their knowledge of Guek Cho Ho Kwon.
Guek Cho Ho Kwon is a two-player fighting game. The player can participate in the fight against a human opponent or play in the single-player mode against the computer AI. The game gives the choice to select from twelve different fighters. Each of these fighters represents a different nation (USA, China, Korea, and more).
Also, each player will feature a different style of fighting and the location for fighting is stylized accordingly. The player can attack by kicking, punching, or a combination of the two along with ducking and jumping.
