As the gamer, you play the role of Commander Jameson (although you can change the name after saving it). You start at Lave Station with a total of 100 credit points in your kitty, a minimally armed ship for trading and a Cobra Mark III. The player will constantly encounter other enemy ships which are named after various snakes and reptiles. The player can earn money through asteroid mining, piracy, combating witch spaceships, bounty hunting in the bargain of which they can upgrade the ship with more refined weapons and ammunition. The spaceship has to be refueled from time to time or else will get caught in enemy ships. Beware while jumping between star systems of Thargoid or else the game will come to an end. Elite is a fun-filled adventurous game wherein the gamer is constantly assisted with various means to trade in all eight galaxies together. So, don’t wait, tighten your seatbelts and trade.
