    Description
Dodge-Ball is an arcade-style video game that was released in 1981. It was developed and published by Cody Snider and runs on the
DOS platform. The gameplay is simple and inspired by Dodgeball, an actual sport played mainly in schools and recreational centers.
However, unlike the real game, it's the ball that needs to be safeguarded from obstacles in the video game and not the other way
around. The player needs to move the ball from one side of the screen to the other, avoiding the moving obstacles.

The obstacles can be of varied shapes and sizes and one might need to display strong reflexes and quick thinking to avoid them.
Released during the early days of PC gaming, "Dodge Ball" represents the type of simple yet engaging games that were common during
that period. As a DOS game, it was accessible to early PC users who were exploring the potential of computer games. It can be
played using the keyboard or joystick. The game has multiple levels with varied difficulty levels which gradually increase as the
player progresses through the stages. It features Simple, pixel-based graphics typical of early 80s DOS games, focusing on clear
and functional visual representation. Dodge Ball may not be widely known today, but it holds a place in the history of early
computer games, showcasing the creativity and simplicity of game development in the 1980s. It provided users with a fun and
engaging gaming experience, capitalizing on the familiar concept of dodgeball to attract players.
