Description

A ball, a moving platform, and loads of colored bricks form a relationship in this easy puzzle arcade game. BRICKS lined up on top of the screen get frequent visits from the bouncing ball, which keeps getting launched from the moving platform. Players move the platform to save the ball from falling into emptiness while deflecting it back to break more and more bricks.
The game is fun, easy, and simple. This simplicity will make users keep trying one more time every time the ball falls. Every brick the ball destroy earns the player a point and a step further to get to the next level. To reach the next level, the player must break all the bricks. As the levels progress, the bridge arrangement gets more complicated, making some bricks difficult to reach. At any point in the game, a bonus brick, which earns players a lot of points, appears for a limited time. To hit it, you have to fast and strategic.
The gameplay unfolds on a simple screen with levels differentiated in color, either blue, red, or green. If players wish it change the color, there are a lot of options to choose from. From primary colors, secondary colors, and different shades of each one, players have the comfort of playing on a background that pleasantly suits their taste. A tab on the top right corner of the game records every point the player earns. It’s simple, and simplicity is good. BRICKS' game mechanics has an addictive value as players can’t get enough. Bricks was developed by Vincent Bly in 1984 in the United States and are available on DOS. Due to its addictive element, many variations of this game popped up with different twists.
