Man Hunter - New York

Set in 2004, a dystopian future where humans have been enslaved by an alien race known as Orbs. The Orbs have successfully convinced the world that they are benevolent rulers but they have implanted tracking devices on everyone, stopped any form of communication between people, and enforced a mandatory dress code of robes.
Your character is tasked by the Orbs to track down a secret underground human coalition planning to start a revolution, but soon your player finds out that the enemy is not who he thought they are. In fact, the Orbs are secretly harvesting humans as food so he switches his alliance an join the resistance to destroy the orbs.
Released by Sierra On-Line in 1989 as part of a franchise, Man Hunter - New York is an action game set apart by its intense action and gory detail. The story takes place in various real-life locations across New York City and the story has a dystopian element to it, a future where humans live in fear and have been enslaved by aliens from outer space. This first-person action game puts you, a nameless man hunter , known for doing the orbs dirty work and can be contacted through s computer, in a situation where you have to figure out the truth while desperately fighting to stay alive defeating everything from floating eyeball monsters to dinosaurs.
Though the graphics is not top of the line and the game is one of Sierra On-Line’s less popular games, Man Hunter - New York packs dark and bloody action based on a story of terror, enslavement, and horrible monsters. The real question is can your nameless Manhunter win the war against the Orbs? or will he allow the rest of civilization become livestock?
