To get this to work in DOSbox:
if your game is unzipped to C:\games\lostvikings2
in dosbox type this:
mount c c:\games\lostvi~1 -t cdrom
<enter>
c:
<enter>
lv2
<enter>
game should work, no music or videos though (on account of not having the data CD with this info on it)

I really cannot help you this way. All is working perfectly fine in my fresh win7 installation so every problem with win7 is not related to OS but to some additional software or settings. To effectively solve this problem I need anyone with this problem to write me an email to freegameempire_at_gmail_dot_com or use our Forum or Feedback form for communication.
