Still Life

Still Life is set in Chicago, 2005. Victoria McPherson, a young and brillant FBI's employee, investigates on a case of serial murders. She is land with 5 corpses, with no real clues and a boss who keeps on watching her very closely. Taking advantage of the Christmas time, Victoria decides to have a "break" by visiting her father. Talking to him, Victoria discovers that her grandfather, Gustav McPherson, was during his time a private detective himself. Searching all around in the attic, she found some of her grandfather's old files, among which, one from the 30s reveals a numerous of troubling similarities with her own investigation… Trying to resolve her own and well real investigation, Victoria will be obsessed by the one previously led by Gustave 75 years ago in Prague. But who knows, at the end of all this, maybe all this kind of mess will just turn out to be a nice help… ?
