You can sign up and post news articles by going to

Changing News URL
-----------------
If you are using version 1.1 or later, you can now change
the news server URL via Nerf.ini.  Just open up Nerf.ini
and add the following text...

[UBrowser.UBrowserUpdateServerLink]
UpdateServerAddress=nab.d3done.com
UpdateServerPath=/atari/nabnews.htm
UpdateServerPort=80

Just edit it the paths to your needs.

***NOTICE***
You do not need to add this text to the Nerf.ini file for
the patch to work. You should only do this if you want to
change the default news URL.
