In the future, men and machines work for the Post Terran Minerals Corporation (PTMC) mining resources throughout the solar system to supply a growing populous. But there’s a problem. A hacker’s taken over the machines and is holding hostages. You’re a mercenary hired to solve the situation and given a deadly ship as the means to carry out your assignment. You pilot this ship through over thirty dense and fascinating levels blasting multiple adversaries to find and rescue the hostages in this intense and thrilling game. Descent was the first “six degrees of freedom” game – allowing movement in literally any direction. Descent is an amazing experience, a must-have from the nineties.
