Command & Conquer

The game focuses on a war between two organizations, The Brotherhood of Nod and the Global Defense Initiative. You can take control of either side for more than 15 missions plus set of bonus missions. Both have different units and structures, including artillery, tanks and light infantry. The factions become locked in a mortal struggle for control over a mysterious resource known as Tiberium that is slowly spreading and infecting the world.

Westwood is best know for developing game series in the real-time strategy, adventure, and role-playing genres. In 2003, the company was acquired and closed by Electronic Arts, which continues to develop games based on Westwood's Command & Conquer series.

  3/8/2013 3:00:00 AM - Kanaida I was #1 in the world 2 months in a row in 95' :) best RTS game series ever. Especially when you get to be the commando hehe. The music was bad ass, the sounds were bad ass. But most of all the obelisk of light was bad ass :D

  12/11/2012 11:48:00 AM - osirisgothra im suprised nobody gives credit to dune 2 which really was the first of this kind of game (also by westwood) and the people rating these games were in diapers when they came out unlike some of us who were actually there.
