The Clue is a neat little game with the protagonist Matt Stuyvsant trying to become a criminal mastermind. The game gives you a taste of what it is like to be in the shoes of a criminal mastermind. You are from Poland and you come to London with only the clothes that you are currently wearing. The first thing you do is get a room, then you find some accomplices to help you in your criminal endeavors. The Clue allows its players maximum flexibility in how the acts are committed. You get to choose which building you want to target, how you will attack it, who will be your accomplices, etc. The ultimate and final crime you will commit will be stealing the Crown Jewels. You get to observe the building you are going to rob, then you plan the robbery and the escape plan. The planning stage where you explore every second of how the burglary occurs makes this game very unique and interesting. Another thing that you will have to take into account is the attributes, temper, mood, and intelligence of the gangster you pick to help you with the robbery. The game has good visual effects and can be played with a joystick or a keyboard. Adapted from the game, “They stole a million”, this is a computer adaptation that will keep you up all night playing. The games completed storyboard and extras give this remake of an old game a renewed charm.
