As far as I know, there is no way to save/load this game and it was designed this way. This is the reason, this game is marked as very frustrating by some reviewers.

Thats good to know where save files are, but what if the files dont help at all? I played Aladdin many times from the begining because there is no save option and it doesnt continue from last know location..... grrrrrrrrrrr! Any help out there? :(

All games are downloaded to HDD to the following directories:
C:\Documents and Settings\[User Name]\Application Data\AppClient\Packages\ (WinXP/2000)
C:\Users\[User Name]\Application Data\AppClient\Packages\ (WinVista/7)
You will find there all files including save games.
