I'm confused on what I am supposed to do? So I would send:
C:\Documents and Settings\LindseyBoBindsey\Application Data\AppClient\log-file.txt to you?

Hi,
please try following:
1. Start->Control Panel->Add or Remove Programs
2. Select "EmulatorStarter" and "Change/Remove"
3. Select option "Remove the application from this computer" and click on OK
4. On our website click again on the game you like to play (don't worry - uninstallation won't break your saved games)
If this won't work for you, please send me the log file from
C:\Documents and Settings\[YOUR USER NAME]\Application Data\AppClient\log-file.txt
