| | | Hi
I'm having the same problems as a previous messenger. Everything was working fine now cant load any games just get a error message saying 'barbar.portalclient.IU' has stopped working. Something seems to be going on with the client. Every time I try to start a game, it stops working. Until a few days ago everything was working fine. Is this a site issue or can I somehow resolve it myself?

| | | I don't even know if anybody is maintaining this site anymore, but i seem to have a bit of a problem. I just beat champions of krynn through your website and was trying to move on to the next game : Deathknights of krynn. however it wont let me load my save from the first game. it keeps saying 'error : cannot find champs folder'. I've checked online and have tried many differant things, like copying the champs folder and just moving it into the deathknight folder, or makeing a new folder at c:cok, or c:champs and moving the save files there.. nothing seems to be working =( i hope you can help out, i'd really like to finaly be able to play all 3 games. thanks in advance | Riftweaver81 | 2 | 191 |

| | | thanks much for this site guys. quick question--i noticed in tie fighter that when i play your play-it-now version with IE, the settings work great--except my joystick doesn't work. I read another thread here, and decided to do a regular install of dosbox, config the joystick right, works fine. But, as much as I mess with the settings, can't seem to get the gameplay quite as smooth as when I use your play it now. Is there a way to see anywhere how you set the config so I can match it, except for the joystick?

| | | I'm encountering problems with all Java applet buttons when running IE. Eveything on my computer Java and IE have been reinstalled. The problems still exist. I'm thinking it may be a problem on you end. Who knows thou. The buttons include Download/Play Now/Topic....

| | | I´m trying to play UFO:Enemy Unknown on my win7, it work´s fine, xcept I´m not able to change framerate nor cycle up with ctrl f11 ( my first dosboxgame, dunno if it´s just the UFO game or all games,,,) , configuring the dosbox 0.74 options has no effect, the cycle keeps being too fast, on 40000 by default.
Is there a way to change this, I can´t play the game time running like day in a minute and ppl walking fast as hell

| | | Warlords 2 Deluxe in the actual game is messing up. Sometime it crashes and others it freezes for a long time after conquering a city, stuck at the occupy, sack, raze screen. I Alt+Tab to my desktop and then back to the game and occaisionally it will work again after a long wait but the letters will have a weird white background and other times it just stays frozen. This never happened to me before you added the scenario builder.

| | | Joystick Support question.
I'm using a simple plug and play usb gamepad, a P220 Digital by Saiteck. It's comparable to a super nintendo controller and is easily compatible with pretty much all classic games that don't require analog controls.
I'm trying to calibrate it with the game Covert Action but the game doesn't seem to be registering any button presses. I checked my control panel (Windows XP) and the OS is picking up button presses without fail. It just doesn't seem to be getting picked up by the game. Any suggestions? | tearlock | 1 | 392 |

| | | I'm having a problem with Emulator Starter and when I try to report the issue the Feedback area is sending me an error message. This is the only avenue I have left in attempting to try and get a solution to the problem. I began having some problems after the latest emulator update. Every time I click on "Play Now" the site opens up a new tab in my Chrome Browser and I'm taken back to the home screen. I attempted to revert back to the previous version of Emulator Starter with no success. I've also tried to uninstall and re-download but continue having the same problems. | | | hello. i have a problem regarding the game supaplex. i have windows 7 and tried both ways to play the game (by installing it and downloading the program needed, and by playing it online, both on firefox and chrome). The game starts as its supposed to, but when i try to actually play it ,the red ball does not move. the demo (inside the game) doesn't work ether. the screen turns darker as well. can you please help me? i really want to play it:) thank you. kitti | kitti_criss | 1 | 314 |

| | | Just started playing Discworld, however there are no voiceovers for the script, just music throughout. Lack of voices is ok but otherwise is there a way to cancel sound altogether so I can listen to my own music in background?

Hi. Any ideas on how to achieve the special click needed in settlers (launches geologists)? On the amiga this was done by clicking the left and right mouse buttons together however running the Elan mouse software for a touch pad on a HP laptop using Windows 7 this does not work. I've played around with the settings on the mouse pad itself and tried using both tapping the touch pad and using the mouse buttons but I can't get it to work - Is there a fast key solution?
Any help greatly appreciated!
